locked in where ?

My users cant get a hero even when they have reached the requirements and have used the 1000 turns..

Is there a solution for this ?

I see Europe gets a 15% bonus etc ... Where can I edit all these bonuses for the different races ?

They are all set to 0. I have on cron job running for one server. Its set temporary to */1 * * *

Not sure if this is the right place, but I'm having a problem with the cron jobs for this game on my server.

Its running the turns.php file and by looking at the email log I see no errors, but the turns in the game are not increasing.

Is there something else I should check ?
