Mm. More than likely gov't workers who miss pay because of a shutdown will be reimbursed, true, but there's a lot of people working paycheck to paycheck

It is a stunt, and done by the people it'll have zero effect on. Just like a large portion of our laws.

Easiest way to nerf HPRs is to simply make food and cash worthless as far as networth goes. This leaves you with your army and land as the main networth makeup.
imho, there's nothing wrong with a slightly nerfed HPR. You shouldn't beable to rule the game as one, but getting by with minimal ...

It is interesting to look at approval for the bill by geographical location. In general, approval gets higher the closer you get to the Canadian border, where people have a better understanding in general of how Canada operates, whereas the further south ...

I'm not sure how spanking kids relates to where you rank in the spectrum though... I've seen a rather liberal woman wallop her kid on the butt, and I've know a conservative family that wont spank. And visa versa.
