Check out the wikibook - it is one of the best books there.

I've wanted to read more about it, but never had the time. Maybe I should take a look at the article and book again...

If you go down to the woods today, you better not go alone
It's a lovely day in the woods today, but safer to stay at home
BECAUSE EVIL FREEN IS KILLING ALL THE TEDDY BEARS AT THEIR PICNIC

It seems a fascinating, although sometimes frightening book. Let me illustrate with quotes:
"should not be a problem unless you are mentally unstable anyways."
How many of us are really mentally stable?
"be prepared for some bad stuff to surface", "it is your subconscious" "fight" "stab"
Well I personally wouldn't relish a meeting with my own subconscious.
"Find your spiritual guide" and "the monster might be behind the corner"
What about people with nervous dispositions or weak hearts? The Average American's heart is in pretty bad shape as it is.
"frightening experiences" "sleep paralysis" "choking feeling"
The feeling of inertia, incapacitation must be pretty bad.
False awakenings seem horrible though too, don't they?
Just thoughts.
