This months Event was worked on to encompass this set. The goal of this event is to maintain the most land for 5 days. However, there are criteria.

I. You must have OVER 75,000 acres of land.
II. You must ANNOUNCE that you're participating in this event on the forum or through an ingame PM to the Admin.
III. You must submit a report to the ingame admin when you collect over 75,000 acres of land so that there is a record of you're achievement.
IV. Clans that have OVER 100,000 acres of land combined count as HotH holders.

Prize:
I. The winning empire shall recieve 20bil in cash. 1 Bil in food, 10mil infantry, 5mil skirmishers, 2.5 mil chariots, and 50,000 boats.

II. IF a clan wins this, the clan shall recieve 10bil * number of members with more than 20,000 land. Food * members over 20,000 land. NO Troops.

Suggestion: Scout up! And happy farming land. The event is over when the first Empire/Clan wins!

Anyone else get the feeling that clans might have a little bit of an upper hand with this?

Oh, in.

Way too easy for clans. I guess the benefits are weighed out somewhat fairly though. I'll give it a shot.
It ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

For clans, do we need a comcbined total of 100k AND all members above 20k the whole time, or just a total of 100k?

Just a total. Obviously, it gets easier with more members... or does it?

Did I just break a really bad landlock out of protection, or did I imagine that empire in 1st yesterday too?

There's a balance somewhere I'm sure

And Death, you broke a guy running solo within a clan. If it seemed like landlock, I'd say he was doing pretty well ^_^ But you need to realize that landlock while clanned is an impossibility assuming there are one or two players with IQs higher than the average bear. Heh.

And you need to realize that I have been playing various Promisance games since November of 2004, lol.

But good, I probably just got him mixed up with someone else then. I was going to say if someone was able to lock with that puny net someone isn't doing their job.

Well if you want to play seniority, I joined RWL February 03, 2003. ;)

That "puny" net was solo, though. And you have less than half of it. So no need to get all cocky.
