three hordes choise numbers 1-3
then, to avoid cheatin on their part (they could lie about the 'random' order) they asked a non WA member to use the random sequence generator
first would be assistant
second prim. dip
third sec. dep

atleast thats what I've gathered.. there are, ofcourse, easier ways of doing it.. such as Zep being a dictator and deciding for them ;)

I like Beatle's system better though: first come, first served ^_^
