Well, to make it short, GA killed off Rudder's first account so he's been wanting revenge ever since. Now, he's come out of GA and he's ready to fight.

Oh, Otter Horde. You really need to learn something about wars. Unless you plan on breaking your promises not to kill, one run can never win a war. I was in a pretty dominant posistion after my last run. I'm more then able to recover from this, easy. You could be a coward and kill me, I suppose, but I'm hoping you've learned enough to stand up and fight fair.
