If you're gonna make the statement you really should list some examples.

The dissappearing money is present in all versions of the standard QM code, including what they currently run on their site.

Death, chill, we are thinking this out, there is a 4 page discussion in the staff forum about markets and how to stop market storing. Our final proposal will be released for general discussion. I am in favor of implementing the new system on BFR next set, but I was under the impression that we were going to let people have a chance to voice there concerns first, after reading our proposal.

Markets are part of the basic Promi code Rudder. Our particular style of markets is a modification of that.

Boy am I late, I'll start small. Why in holy hell are Galleons so hard to produce and so expensive? I see no point in that change whatsoever besides just for the sake of being different from other Proms.

Oh and Volkov, you don't really need to tell me to chill, it's not like I care, I was just wondering why FAF is so FAFish.

Galleons have been scalled by another 100. So its the basic 1000 and 100 on top of that. So Its like really 100,000 for 1. The game rounds out the number. So you prolly don't really have 0, you have between 0 and 49,999 "Otters" as they used to be. Technically, its just as hard to make them at Valhall or ME or anywhere. They just don't show up here as high. 1000 boats is alot no?

Atleast I think its that.

The reason galleons are scaled is to fit in with the historical theme. When we switched to that theme, we decided that armies in the millions are rather ridiculous for ancient times. Further, the navy never has as many ships as the army has men - there are millions of men in the US armed forces, but I'd guess the navy numbers its ships in the thousands or maybe the tens of thousands. Thus, ships were further scaled.

In that we have a different theme, yes, I suppose it is to make FAF different. However, the point of the scaling is to fit in with the theme.

Indeed. During the Trojan War, Greece sent 1,000 ships and called this the greatest war the world has ever seen..At least according to the movie Troy. :D

Another question then. Why the historical theme? The entire fantasy theme is what's popular in Prom and has been for as long as I can remember.
