Seiously man, I'm going broke just trying to build these buildings.

Mice: +2,609,176 per turn. Just over a bil mice if i made em for a 400 turn run. But I have GT up now and I don't have them up when I run, so it should actually be a bit higher.

Seriously, I'm thinking about dropping some of this land. My net's too high to be able to do much killing, and after I get the big bounties it will be all but impossible to kill. I have enough troops to take more land from Union Jack, so when the time comes to kill him I will be ablle to build off of his remaining land and I *should* be able to kill him without too much trouble.

Well, I wouldn't drop the land. Once you build on it there's no point. Unless you're saying that you'll immediately drop the land you get from Union Jack, which is your choice... I'd just keep it until I could build on it.

Wonder how much food I'd get per turn with that much land :*laughs*: (how to be super rich with the touch of 4 or less turns :P) yeah, maybe not "that" much, but still... it's a mcdonald's diet

The point in dropping land would be to prevent my net from being to high to kill any of the flags.

Moles gain 275 grain per farm per turn. So theoretically if you went 100% farms on this land you would gain about 605 mil grain per turn spent farming. If you farmed for 4 turns and immediately sold it on the BM you would gain about 17 bil cash. Minus upkeeps of course.

Still won't work. Even with war declared the net range has its limits. I can only hit 3 empires. I can't even kill the lowest flag even if I have war declared. Someone else is gonna have to do that one for me unless I decide to FA him some troops.

Hey, I wouldn't mid takin some of that land/ troops offf your hands for you. ;) :P
It ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

You shouldn't give it to him. Give it to someone who would use it wisely, like me for example! :D

Your best bet would be to sell all troops of one type; declare an "Open Day" in which anyone can hit you for land; and THEN go for the kills. :) As you go along, you can of course reuse land and sell troops as necessary. You will have to drop /some/, of course, but the less, the merrier.

Nooooo, my net's too high to kill the Jolly Roger. Had to FA em 100 mil net worth of troops to keep him alive until I could figure out how to do this. I can't FA him with him set to war, and I cannot change war status at will. I have the 72 hour wait...

The rest of the flags I'm not too concerned with, but the Jolly Roger and Union Jack I'd rather not lsee slip into the wrong hands...

OK, first of all I'm sure you guys are curious, so I'll show my current stats.

I'm going for Canadia (#15)
Turns 234 (max 400)
Turns Stored 195 (max 300)
Rank #1
Workers 6,443,817
Land Acres 1,775,427
Money $12,676,178,078,973
Food 143,414,955,168
Runes 76,487,796
Networth $19,200,678,060
Era Northlands
Race Mole
Health 100%
Tax Rate 11%
Mice 2,147,483,647
Squirrels 1,467,391,494
Hares 1,062,008,177
Otters 691,774,599
Hawks 14,784,327

Basic strat was a farming-indy combo. I made all my own troops, but I sold grains to fund my runs. My main troop was Otters mostly because Privateer's main troop was Hares, and I didn't want to keep losing all my main troops from our landgrabs. Plus it made people think that Otters would be the hardest way to crack me.

After cracking the second flag I switched up my production a bit and hade Hares as my strongest unit because I wanted to try to hold the land, and my biggest threat was Privateer's Hares. The assumption was that if I could hold the land for a run or 2 I could put this thing out of reach. For a large part of the time I had about a million wizzies, so basically anyone could have cracked me with Hawk Battle, or Murders if they just made Hawks for 1 turn run.

I built a lot of gaurd towers at the end of my runs to help hold lands, and tore them down again at the beginning of my next run. The biggest scare I had was when I got overconfident and didn't spend the turns to put up GT at the end of a run and Privateer cracked me. Fortunately nobody really made a lot of troops with all that land, so I was able to gather it all back up and hold onto it for the rest of the set.

The biggest reasons why other people did not do so well is

#1) They didnt run with enough land. Many people were satisfied after running on 20-30k land.

#2) They didn't mass like me and Nohc did.

#3) They didn't pick a different troop type than what others had. I was easily crackable by anything other than Hares for much of the set. 10 mil otters would have been sufficient all the way until I cracked Union Jack.
