You'd think that he'd either have the decency to tell his victims of the prank after the sketch. Also, isn't there regulation specifying you have to obtain consent of people before filming them for speaking roles?

While the claims are exaggerated, they probably have to be to get any sort of effective audience or basis for a lawsuit.
