The lottery doesn't work. The jackpot is always zero. Beatles, please fix it.

People have figured out, a long time ago, that the lottery is a big waste of money..That's why it's at $0...

Lotto is good only with the following:

1. More players. 10+ per round.
2. Bonus. Jackpot starts at 1bil.
3. 1/2 chance of winner. Flip virtual coin. If heads, someone has to win. (No longer lotter, go more for raffle.)

Possible:

4. Troop bets and wins?
5. Land! But if so, only for really fast servers.
Back. I think.

If Jackpot starts at 1bil, and we have a 1/2 chance of a winner, then it shouldn't be drawn unless X number of people have bought tickets. I remember the madness of TSOR that one round with all the crazy lotto junk.

If there's a bil in bonus, trust me, there will be a dogpile.

Big waste o money.
Lotr rocks!

"Two" said Gimli, patting his axe. He had returned to his place on the wall. "Two?" said Legolas. "I have done better, though now I must Grope for lost arrows; all mine are gone. Yet I make my tale twenty at the least. But that is only a few leaves in a forest."

"Twenty-one!" said Gimli. "Good!" said Legolas. " But my count is now two dozen. It has been knife work up here."

"Forty-two, master Legolas!" he cried. "Alas! My axe is notched; the forty-second had an Iron collar on his neck. How is it with you?" "You have passed my score by one," answered Legolas. "But I do not grudge you the game, so glad am I to see you on your legs!"

There chisel clove, and graver wrote;
There forged was blade, and bound was hilt;

There beryl, pearl, and opal pale,
And metal wrought like fishes' mail,
Buckler and corslet, axe and sword,
And shining spears were laid in hoard.

Not if there is at least a one in two chance somone will win. If there is a one in two chance of somone winning, I'd say the lottery is worth it. Especily if the starting point is one bill. As soon as the restart starts, I'll start playing the lottery.
