I tried it. Didn't work. Even if I choose use cookies or not. Any other suggestions?

Nope.
But try Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files
I really don't know what to say. Paste a link of what happens, without cookies, when you click on something.
I mean when you are kicked, what's the URL? That would be very helpful to know.
