Here are the specs for the treasury system:
The clan leader and assistant, as well as the person making the transaction, are notified of removals/additions to the treasury.
If you take $300 and add $50, it will display as you having removed $250.

-warset declare, peaceset declare (for declarer and declared-upon)

Ok, I've sucessfully deposited cash, then withdrawn part of it. The news events are as of now not combined. Does this happen with the turn run?

Sorry, it combines only if you do it within the same page load. So if you put 200 in the deposit box, 100 in the withdraw box, and submit, then you'll see a news of deposited 100.

News is working for the leaders too. Combination does work for mutpal operations at once.
