You will notice that the Military and Hawk dropdowns now color your opponents. Here is a guide to the colors:
Lime Green: Your clan is at war with theirs, or you are at war with them.
Yellow: You would lose troops for attacking them.
Red: You can't attack them, too high or too low.
Dark green ("protected" on scores): Too many recent attacks, or you don't have Hawks prepared.
Blue: Your clan is allied with them, they are in your clan, or you are at peace with them.
