I put in the user name for "php". I hit log in and it says Currently logged in as PS2 (#96). Weird...

i have had this before i didnt think much of it at the time i just logged back in again as both accounts and it worked

Wait, so... you have multiple accounts and you accidentally are logged in to the other one? Did you hit 'Logout' on the other one first?

That's the problem then. If you don't log out, just start up a new window, and log in for a different account, it still has you loged in as the first account.

You aren't logged out, though. Unless you log out, you remain logged in for fifteen minutes after the last refresh of the page. If you try to log into another account before fifteen minutes has passed, it recignizes you somehow, and logs you back in the first account.
