[s]For kicks I attempted to attack warband no. 5, currently atop the raking heap. Anyways, I first got a message saying that the warband was dead when I attempted to hawk battle without hawks preparied. My regualr millitery says that hawks are not prepaired, as it should. With the hawks preparied, both my regular militery and hawks refuse to attack such a strong opponent.[/s]

EDIT: I was wrong...

That empire is dead!
Without hawks I can attack sucessfully. The thing is the drop down menu doesn't work for selecting the warband your want to attack.

Not fixed... Same problem with the regualar militery, except that there it gives the error it is supposed to. The drop down menu doesn't work to select warband to attack when there is nothing in the number box.

So it's really just a javascript issue?

Not really... The script should recognise input from the dropdown menu, but it doesn't for either. But for hawks, yes there is a javascript problem, in that it will not imput the correct number when you select from the drop down, nor will it recgnoise the dropdown alone.

What browser are you using? I tried this with Firefox and IE both, and I can't see a problem.

Steps to recreate bug:
1. Select warband from dropdown menu.
2. Delete number from number entery.
3. Hit attack.

Why would you delete the number entry manually?

I'm not sure, but I don't think it gives a number by default. So, it should give a "no target selected" error instead of the "Warband is dead" error.
