The bugs were:
1. If you declare war on someone, it is not displayed right in their or your news.
2. If you declare peace with someone, it is not displayed right.
3. If someone declares war on you, it is not shown correctly.
4. If someone makes peace with you, it is not displayed.
The bugs are fixed now. It makes you think there might be a lot of bugs you gusy have missed, although the effort has been wonderful. I'm kind of angry at the "killers" for ruining a lot of testing incentive.
By the way, "Make Treaty" is in active development by Veranor.

I had forgotten that you told me about those and I was so confused why it wasn't working when I was implementing Declare Peace and switching the others to "declare neutrality." Then I remembered the 2nd Arg is an array. The Beatles wrote: 3. If someone declares war on you, it is not shown correctly.
4. If someone makes peace with you, it is not displayed.
And I think I can speak for all the admins and staff when I say that I'm very grateful for all the efforts all of the testers made.
