Suggestion: Forums link on main page

I'm thinking, should the forum's link from the main page open a new window or not. I'm not really sure... Seeing as the forum doesn't have a link home, it might be useful to a new visitor to the site. But for myself at least, it is a bit annoying.

One, the forums do have a link back to the main page. In the far upper left, where it says Frost And Flame. That takes you back to the main page.
However, I like the fact that the forums open in a new window. I would keep it that way, if I were you.

It currently opens into a new window. An alternative is a new tab, and then close the old one, I suppose.

That's what I do... but it's still annoying.

Know of any FireFox extensions that redirect all "new window" commands from javascript to a new tab?

well i like it and i use IE so its nothing new for me opening a new window... i like it as it is
