Privacy settings down to minimal.
Firewall/internet security apps disabled. (Not just exitted with services still active.)

Also, it sounds funny, but what do you get when you refresh Slasher's or Boar's sig, as those do display some referrer info?

Not sure.
Refresh there sigs? never tried....
