Idea is to remove players when they are Hall-Of-Fame'd. Then you can't rely on their resources. True, less land, but I could make regular scout more powerful.
Also this way people could fight Duels by signing up and hitting each other and seeing who is higher when they have spent their turns... thoughts?

Hmm, interesting. If we did that, I might be more interested in playing. I'd take fighting Urran in a duel over trying to out net his old account anyday! (Or, anyone else, for that matter)
