Here are some great games that you might want to check out if you like FAF.

1. Quietust, Morvandium, & Thrustaevis (QMT Promisance)
QMT did much of the work in making Promisance what it is today. QMT is the most similar of the Promisance varieties to FAF, since FAF is descended from QMT's branch. There are a lot of members, and certainly a lot of innovation, with new features often being tried. The size may be daunting at first, and the mood is less close than with Ragnarok, of course.
2. GX Ultimate Promisance
GX Promisance is a game with a large member-base, and though it may be confusing at first, gets easier to play as you go along. The game is mostly defensive, so don't be surprised if you can't break through many people! Multiple accounts are allowed.
3. Redwall Warlords
Redwall Warlords inspired FAF directly -- at first, in imitation, but later, in innovation over RWL. You will always find a new twist on gameplay with each Turbo round (reset monthly), and there are many experienced and friendly players to help you out. The forums can be a bit intimidating at first, but one gets used to it. The reason it is not higher in this ranking is that some gameplay issues remain unresolved.
4. Hack: Infiltration
Hack Infiltration captured the imagination of the Promisance and Redwall communities with its original take on gameplay -- in terms of comic value, this Promisance beats them all. It doesn't stop there, though: the creator has added many new features that were copied by other Promisances. The reason it is lower in this ranking is that it is currently in a slump due to old code, but a new release is planned for a near-future date.
5. WWII: Rerisen
WWII: Rerisen has a solid history of playing, in a fun atmosphere. It is a good and sound variation on Promisance, and cannot be said to be a mere "clone" of other games; but is innovative. The reason it is low in this ranking is that it is just in its pre-release state (the expansion will be called "Battle Of Europe"), and does not yet demonstrate in what it will innovate. However, we have high hopes for it.
