Ingame message small bug

I found that mildly amusing

but it shouldnt be showing the quote tag anyhow, I think I noticed that in another one of my messages..

Problem: QUOTE tag is implemented separately to main parser. A fix would entail Vera or me integrating the QUOTE tag into the main parser. I could do this later on perhaps. The syntax of the main parser is a bit arcane.
