New Forum

There have been a rash new of threads in the help section dedicated to certain subjects. Each of them is like a class. I have an idea. Instead of stickying them all, they should be placed into a subforum called "The Classroom". That would help reduce the number of stuck threads.

Then, there should be another subforum, "Strategies". Okay, so this is RWL-ish, but that may make certain things easier to find.

Or, they could be combined as one new subforum.
