Humm... I'm thinking Admin-picked teams of 4, midlevel to low turnrate, high stored turns, low ready turns, stock market and loans open?

Any comments?

Maybe make stored turns come out faster. Like two to three extra per time.

Well, read my reply to the announcement, please. Too many turns give advantages of those who are able to use computers at school for recreation. Also, perhaps picked teams by players? Admin-selected has the one issue that the team mates may or may not cooperate.
