For the turnrate, slow may not be good. Stored should be minimal, but max should store for a day before being full. We don't want people to get an advantage for logging on multiple times per day as not all of us can. That is, stored shouldn't be too many, rate should correspond with max so we get one and a bit times max per day.

Turnrate is going to stay as is... If it doesn't work well, we will know not to follow this formula for gameplay. That's always something I liked about duels... It allows for various conditions and gameplay options that might never occur in regular gameplay.
