BFR Reset?

So what day is the reset? The 1st or 31st?

Resets will me the first of every month for BFR. It looks like people want a three month round for BFR, so I'd say resets the first of January, the first of April, the first of July and the first of October. Though I'd say no reset for CoG this April first, since this current set just started.
