Stuff needed for admin pannel...

1. I need a means of makeing clans from the admin panel, even if clans are disabled for that set. <span style='color:blue'>-Done</span>
2. A means of editing individual users
3. An admin panel way of resetting the server that acctually works. <span style='color:blue'>-Done</span>
4. A way of calculateing the adverages, and the per catagory top 10 lists (like BAXX)

But why edit users, apart from putting them into clans, which useradmin can do?

Perhaps you might need to reset a name or e-mail or password.

A few other ideas, how about an automaticly random clan placer. Something that places people into clans evenly and randomly.

Also, perhaps the lock DB variable should be split into two, or three. One locks the DB, as it does now. Another would just lock turns and direct economic operations (market and blackmarket), and a third would lock down misc. operations (such as clans, messanger, industry settings, etc.)

(1) is a very good idea.
You have an interesting point with (2). I can see how being able to edit individual e-mails and passwords without possessing or DB editing (both potential conflicts of interest) would be useful. Any other options you can think of?
(3) is already finished. :P
(4) could probably be done easily with a MySQL SELECT ... ORDER BY ... command. I could set that up this weekend if Beatles wishes.

I should throw one more idea into that... How about the ability to create a user from the AdminCP? Might be useful if we implement some sort of automatic use of turns in the account (like for a land farm, or similar).

Instead of splitting lockDB, I have instead given a third and optional argument to saveUserData (but not saveUserDataNet!). You can override the DB lock by adding a 'true' boolean to the end of your saveUserData calls. For example, you can now update your profile even with the DB lock turned on.
