Other than location-hide, what are the advantages of living in the Northlands/Mossflower/Southsward?

Unless someone modified it, I think:

South: Troop +10 Loyalty -10
Moss: Troop -10 Loyalty +10
North: Troop +5 Loyalty +0

Or something... That was from another Promisance, and I don't know if they changed it...

Nonono... In RWL, South is + to loyalty, moss and north are -.

For RWL I heard that North is better with troops, south with hawks, and mossflower is even.

he got that from the game guide.
I think you also get 5% more land in mossflower than in southward and 10% more in northlands
