When I get 1,000 posts can I be an admin?

I am not really serous just wondring what people think.
How meny post should you get befroe for become an sdimin or do you think it should be inpossable?

Well, I don't think you should get to be an admin because of your post count. I don't even think you should get mod powers for that. Maybe a custom title, but not admin status. You get admin status when Beatles wants you to, and not a minute before... (Or, posibly, it goes to a vote, like for Zeph, windy and I, after our one week adminships were over...)

Yeah, but remember, you guys became mods either because 1. I appointed you, or 2. for something useful (hunting bugs) for which I gave a bounty. So Ruddertail said it about right: Not until I say so do you become a staffer. Of course, the other staffers can agree about this kind of thing on their own too.

There are a set of bounties listed somewhere in News for writing good Guide sections that give you various prizes, such as adminship for a week for example.

Well... I have athority to create a staff job too...

And I wouldn't just do that for post count. There would need to either be a need for, or other actions warrenting such an appointment.
