There have been several blank treasury messages. For example:
1.1 hours ago Traveling Warriors (#47): 1
8.9 hours ago Traveling Warriors (#47): 1
I don't know if those were actuall uses, or just compleat errors.

Fixed. Apparently if deposits and inputs equaled, values would be zero. So you could just click the button and make a non-news. Anyhoo, fixed.
