Well, I'm going to be reforming UW for this next round. We didn't do to well this round, due to my getting stuck in an insanity of kills and near kills before finally diing myself, FWF getting killed, IFman running out of time to play much, and Devari not having any time. I'm hoping we can avoid these problems this round. So, if anyone is interested, and thinks they'll have enough time to play, either post here or PM me. I'm looking for 2 - 3 members besides myself. Former UW members will get prefference, but everyone will be considered.

Well, we have some budget woes, but we did quite well this year... we're building 4-5 new buildings next year, I believe.

Ah, is that what it is. I don't think that's scarcasm, it's more of a pun type thing. Using the same word to mean a different thing in an effort to be humorus.
