Suggestion: Minimum time for deletion

I think there should be a minimum time people have to wait before they delete. Say, three days from the point they start their accout. Also, when someone deletes with land, something should be done with their land. Either make a 12 hour waiting period, like for vacation, in which they could be attacked, or, possibley, distribute their land among the bottom ten. This woud give the little guys a boost, and keep land in the game.

At another server I play you can attack deleted empires. It helps prevent people grabbing all the land then deleting their account.

I remember on RWL that they had an account where all deleted land went, that would be better in my opinion
