Well, in return for Six Stars' war setting on us, UW has declared formal war on Six Stars. We do not intend to kill, and will only kill if Six Stars attempts to kill us.

If a member is taken below 1k, we will count that as an attempted kill, and act accordingly. We will stop around 2k on most smushle runs, but may take a Six Stars member to slightly above the 1k limit if necessary.

The only reason I Murder is so I can attack in something other than Hawks. Besides, everyone in your clan has their shields up anyway, so not much harm was done at all.

i will attempt to kill Urran Von muppet features at every possibiltiy and even if it takes me numerous empires and the whole set AND EVEN IF HE GETS AIDED FROM MY ALLIES during the middle of my kill runs

Murder Inc is dead for attempting a kill run on me. Now Darklands calls war after I did the only reasonable thing to do, even when I tried to keep BAC out of it. There are two wars going on now ladies and gentlemen.

About the war. BAC and DoD have a treaty that's to expire around noon. After that, I am hoping to work a peace treaty seeing as I'm not running a war strat.

I will not say no, nor will I say yes to an alliance. It depends on how much land Six Stars holds and how much DoD needs.

You never need land unless get knocked down to like 1k land from 20k or more. You could easly get half your land back from scouting...

Not true if your strat depends on you getting land quickly if you lose it. Scouting takes up too many turns.

Say you have a 30 mil net after being knocked down from 20k to 10k. If you scout, you'll maybe gain all that land back after a full run, maybe not. Either way, you'll have no turns for building, no turns for running on that land after you've gotten it, even if you do wait around for more to come so you can build. If you don't really have turns to run on that land, there's really no point in having it, you just wasted your entire run gaining land that'll be somewhere else tomarrow. That's one reason people really hate online attacks, you lose your land before you're able to run on it.
