I knows whats wrong with yer sound, its stupid..
you'll need to mute/turn off jack sence..
Do Not Turn Your Speakers All The Way Up when you do this.. gads.. I had my 12" sub plugged in and all the way up.. then checked the mute box and BOOOM.. "People Are Strange" blared out at me..
well, as long as your sound card was configured right that should fix it
I havnt a clue why they did that to xscreensaver
you'll just need to run
yum check-update
yum search xscreensaver
yum install -packagename-
wireless seems to automatically latch onto the strongest signal...

grr.. I just reformatted my drive after backing everything up to my external.. and now the external is out.. well, the drive's casing is broke..
meh.
gotta call iomega in the mornin..
you should try reading the yum tutorials on livna if you plan on keeping Fedora for a bit.. yum is great, but you have to add repos or its rather worthless.. livna and freshrpms are good places.. google them..

yep. infact, I dont really use a manager for wireless.. theres a network tool.. and I cant remember what its callled, it might just be listed as 'network' on the menu, but it allows you to turn on/off your different connections and edit them.. you can tell it to turn on connections at startup if you want.. <-- you've probably already found that
