When I change something in /etc/fstab and save changes, the new device appears immediately on the KDE desktop, very impressive. (fam) Yet when I do something as mundane as save a document there with Firefox, it doesn't. Konqueror shows it, but the desktop doesn't. This has been reported with Fedora several times earlier... anyone know what's up/can reproduce it/knows a fix?

Strange - it works perfectly on mine.

Do you have "Show Icon Previews" on? I don't have 'em... I doubt that's the problem, though.

Well, whatever I did or Fedora did, a reboot fixed it. Now it works just fine. Of course, the Trash icon remains full despite it being empty, but you can't have everything... ^_^

Yeah. For documents and stuff though, it can be slightly annoying.
