Well, just beacuse I have all but given up on FaF, doesn't mean I'm giveing up on Warbands. I have a plan for yet another warbands, this time built on either the RWL:BAXX, RWL:DEX, or Warbands I codebase, reuseing and adapting some code from the current FaF as my limited PHP codeing abilities allow. As a result of my lack of knolage of PHP, only some of FaF's features will be ported. I wish to find out which ones should be the higest priority.

I have noidea what any of that means =-)

---

But i will say that i like FaF much better than RWL turbo and reg... there are the bouties, but a few little things like the asterisks (*) by the leaders of clans and little things like that that make it superior in my eyes. =-)

Good job (even though tere seems to be something wrong =-( )

Thanks, though I didn't really code it. That was Beatles', Dervi's, and Verador's work. They have more or less left, leaveing me. The problem there is I don't really know enough of PHP and SQL to fix some of the bugs that have come up. From what I've seen of it, the BAXX codebase is in much better overall condition. Also, they kept better track of what goes into the database than we did. Given my limited codeing ability it would be easier to reuse some FaF code into RWL:DAXX.

Ok clan tresuery is in. Shouldn't be that hard to code up. The intagrated clan forums will most likely not make the cut, as a result of the whole lot of database interaction required. Mabey next revision.

Stocks: Yes, to the best of my abilities.
Bounties: Yes, to the best of my abilties.
Advanced Ingame Messenger: No. Mabey next revision
Heros: Optional objective. If all else is done.

Ok, any new ideas for Warbands? No promises here, but if it can be done relatively easily, I'll make a go at it.

Well, I better get started... Now, rember that I have next to zero codeing experiance with PHP, so this may take a while, if I ever get out of planning stages. Which is why I could use a little bit of help, sortof. I'm going to set up a deadline, and I want the forum to hold me to it. In four weeks, something built upon the RWL:BAXX codebase WILL be uploaded to the faf.staronesw.com webspace. It will have one of the three features from FaF ported into it. It will be relatively stable. Through the next four weeks feel free to ask about delevopment progress, via PM, the public forums, or AIM (my aim is bjornredtail), and to bug me to get it done. The clock is ticking.
