There will be a teaching clan for the September set at www.valhallgames.net. Clan leader will be Ashaman/Coramoor. Players of all skill levels are welcome, the only requirement is that they have AIM. Any interested should contact him via AIM, or simply post in his recruitment thread http://forums.valhallgames.net/viewtopic.php?t=7989
About Valhall: It is a server with a large player base (about 160 or so total empires each set) with quite a few code changes. It may take a bit to get used to at first but it can be a fun server to play on.
About Ashaman: He is the person who taught me how to play prom. Has 4-5 years of prom experience, and has tried just about any strat you can think of on a wide range of servers. Loves to teach, and will answer any strat related questions anyone may have. Even if your enemies. AIM name is QTB100
So if you are a new player, wish to learn a new strat, or can't shake the feeling that you're not getting enough out of your current strat please feel free to join up.

You can never get past a certain skill level if you just teach yourself. I've had many helpers along my way to "Promi (don't want to say greatness)".Kyrodo wrote: wow... might join up, but I feel I wanna "climb the ranks" and improve by myself... though it sounds like a great place for people like ryndell to change(well, he might be to hard headed for that too XD) recommended for noobs and anyone who wants to improve skill huh?

Too bad AIM got uninstalled when the ole' comp got put back together, and for some reason me muther and uncle think that AIM (well IM systems in general) give comps viruses.
Kills from all Promi games: 55

I've done it loads of times, I taught myself to get good at video games like SSBM and Halo, and my friends can't beat me anymore unless they double team me (and even then, it's almost even...) erm, disregard that, though this is no different... (Like how I learned hawking by myself on RWL... with only advice like "limit using hawk battles")

Ashaman, eh? I fought someone by that name, once. I think I've been allied as well.

Hi guys!
Yes, clan KiP at Valhall is still open and welcome anyone who wanna join. I have played many servers already and yes, have heard of some of you. Indeed, I'm the "evil" Ashaman who bought your grains and stole the cash afterward, and I'm the one who fireball and storm people troops and grains as my heart content. So if you like to play evil and improve your skill, then contact me as I'm free this set.

OK set is over so this can be unpinned. KiP had 5 active empires and they took ranks 2, 6, 9, 10, 14 with another empire that hadn't used turns in some time ending up ranked 26. This was with 75 empires in the set, not counting disabled, dead, and protection empires. They took first in clan networth with $2,116,600,628, nearly double the second place clan.
This was also done while at war with a clan that had 3 bil net by mid set, but then one of their members online STD attacked a KiP member and by the sets end the other clan had under a bil net. They look to be the front runner for getting voted best clan, and Ashaman is almost gauranteed to win best clan leader.
I usually have a clan going in Valhall, mostly just to war with the top emires and clans. So if anyone ever wants to learn a bit about clan war with some tough opponents just send me a PM.

here is some advice. go jump off a bridge.
all about FAVRE, come on...you know you want to click it
The Kraken, which is found primarily in Scandinavian myth, was a huge sea creature. It was said to lie at the bottom of the sea for a long time and then it would rest at the surface....Like the Midgard serpent in the Norse myths, the Kraken was supposed to rise to the surface at the end of the world.
~Beatles..."I'm sorry, but I really can't see anything redeeming in your philosophy other than that dinosaurs are cute."
