Clearly, some people need to be taught the guidelines -- by force.
I am thinking, of course, of
1. Jolly Rancher
2. Saro
I propose we all hit them 7 times a day and message them the guidelines (there aren't many of us...). That should drive it home.
I'm not mad at either -- I like both of them on the forums -- but attention should be paid to the Guidelines.

Sure. Saro's in my clan, so I can't hit him/her (I have no clue who this is), but I'll hit Jolly Rancher. You're right, he needs to be taught a lesson. We'll message them the guidelines after each attack run, so they'll get several messages a day of it? We might want to let them know why, write "Since you seem to be ignoring the guidelines, here's a little reminder. Comply, or else." And then copy the guidelines.

Yes. The whole point of the clan is honourable defense and training of new players. Certainaly not the breaking of the rules of conduct.
I suppose I should add on there that players not meeting those guidelines must justify their actions or be booted.
