Bug: Clan crier/news: WOA (Possibley others)

On WOA, the select box on the clan crier page is acting up. I clicked on a clan name tag from the scores page, it was WING, I think. I looked at their clan crier (or lack there of, is everybody too lazy to make one?), then went to the select box at the top of the page to go to a different clan's crier. However, as soon as I click the arrow to open the box, before I could make a selection, it went to a random clan. I tried again and again, it kept doing the same. It doesn't go in any order that I can see, it just jumps around randomly. I haven't tested this on any other server, but I know it happens on WOA.

Fixed. Again, onClick -> onChange. It appears I was overenthusiastic last time. Thank you, Ruddertail!
