Not me... but then I usually don't Standard, so I'm always pulling the menu down. I usually have to remember to standard if there's a need. I'll pull the menu down and be like, Oh, right, I should standard this *bleep*. And anyway, if I want to kill troops, well that's what murder is for.

Though I do agree, you guys are too protective. Too many laws and rules makes for a boring game.

If Beatles didn't want STD attacks to be a part of the game, then he wouldn't allow them to be used. And the only rules that Beatles actually enforces are the ones on the WOA server.

Rudder only acts the way he does because he wants newcomers to feel welcomed at FAF and enjoy their playing time enough to encourage others to play as well. So next time, research the person (people) you're criticizing before you post (or get to know them as I have)

I messaged an empire who STD attacked me asking what it was for, I'm guessing that was you. As Ruddertail said, it is used to destroy troops and people will take it at face value.

Since you only did it once I wasn't sure if you planned on warring me or not so I sent the message. Do I care if someone wants to try to destroy my empire? Yes and no. On the one hand it's a lot easier to test cashing with a hero if I'm not wasting turns STDing another empire and it's also hard to go to war with a casher, but on the other hand I always liked to war. In any case, I'm not (Profanity is a sign of Maturity)ing about getting STDed, I just wanted to know your intentions before I STDed you 50 times in a row.

Yeah. Somtimes I STD once and see what troop their weak on, and try to see if I can break with that troop, and other times I just do it, I don't know, just do I guess. No, not planning on warring anyone, thats for my leader to decide.

I do know them ma friend, Beatles quite well in fact, though I've been a little out of touch as of late, and I understand the motivations, but I STILL say too many rules and regulations and"guidelines" makes for a boring game. Especially sice we are talking about BFR here and not WOA. After all it is BATTLE for Redwall, its supposed to be cutthroat.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention, a lot of times people will do a STD attack where they send 100 of each troop type. Of course they will fail the attack but they can see if there's an opening. That's not gonna get you in too many wars
