it'd be easier to just tell him how to do it guys, atleast the ftp part

you running windows on your computer Tiger?
open up IE, got to the ftp site you have, enter username and pass
(if linux, use konqueror, if mac.. well, there's a mac version of IE)
right click the FAF folder, select properties, click the appropriate check marks (make it so that you can read/write/execute, make it so everyone else can atleast read it)
then go into the FAF folder and make sure the files in there have the appropriate permissions

SmartFTP is an alternative to using IE.. its rather nice..

or just overwrite your botched rwl install in the 'es' folder.. looks like you've got a redirect to it in there already..

I'm always wary of giving out passwords, esp. to webservers.. but Beatles, Devari, nor Urran wouldnt do anything questionable methinks..

Are you sure u can set chmod perms with IE? I didn´t know that! *laughs*!

Anyway, just stick with SmartFTP, it´s far better!
