Sniper: Squirrels and Otters
Pincher: Hares and Otters.
Not sure about the land gains, but I think it's listed in the game guide.
(Translation: I know the land gain info is in the game guide, but I'm too lazy to go find it, so I'll make you look it up yourself.

No? I've seen some info... Look at the attacking page, I think. Meh, it's here. But it's incomplete. No info on Squirrel attacks, sniper or pincher... Ah, yes. Our wonderfully incomplete guide. We really need to fix that thing...

From what I can gather the multipliers for land gained are:
Mouse Attack: 69% for towers and huts and 90% for others
Squirrel Attack: 72% for all
Hare Attack: 69% for towers and huts and 90% for others
Otter Attack: 100%
Standard Attack: 100%
Sniper Attack: 100%
Pincer Attack: 100%
I may be wrong.
