we had one problem aperently the download we first got was incomplete?????
the second one was fine and it loaded just like you guys said it would

the games arent giving any turns except the the new empire turns issued upon creation the crons are fireing...
well the clock changes?
any ideas?

also Duels isnt alowing users to create empires it says check back in a couole days?

we managed to get duels to allow user sign ups but the crons still arent working should we redownload it or try to get the crons working

also we are running php5 and our current prom codes are making tons of errors we are deleting up to 4 gigs every 2 days of error logs
we shall see if FAF will create as many errors

except; we havent set up a integrated chat system
was this code written around a specific one? if so where can I get it...*laughs*

also is the profanity filter pre loaded or do I have to set it up? "I hate ingame profanity"

The profanity filter is pre-loaded.

Since most ISPs don't like you to run daemons, setting up the integrated chat system needs a bit of work and has to be done separately to make sure you know what you're doing.
You have to download one of the earlier versions (not sure exactly which one right now, as I'm on dialup; but Devari might be able to tell you) and run the ChatDaemon.php program. But first, you must set up the chat_host variable in config.php to the host you are running on (e.g. in our case faf.staronesw.com or staronesw.com).

wow here is what i read into that;
you say we can link the chat to yours?
when the players get on our site chat it would be a combined chat between both games...?
like aat does...
that would be phat
but: so would be setting up a chat on our server, we never thought of having a chat until your groooooovy games became hosted on our site.

joker is looking into a ChatDaemon.php wish us well....

currently we are using a DSL connection but we can move it back onto its T1 then we wouldn’t have an issue over bandwidth.

side note: With our current server I can get off 5 attacks per second, we intend on moving schniz to a new server on our old T1. Man alive if I can get off more than 5 attackes per second "no one" I mean "NO ONE" will be safe from the wrath of WAR..... hehe

I ran into a weird bug
When playing on conquest of generals the game I am hosting running turns from my user log-in
It suddenly changed to the last logged user?
I was playing some one else’s account for a short time….? Until I noticed and logged out of the account closed all of my IE windows then logged again
I re-logged several times in a row and it didn’t do it again

What’s the deal got any ideas?
The last logged user lives some 4,500 miles from me even using another isp...?
I could see it if they used the same isp as me but they are in Illinois while I am in Alaska


I don’t know if it is an effect from PhP5 or not but: Those errors logs are coming soon its been a little busy around home world

if you want I could post this as a bug…
But; thought it was case specific to my situation and not your site
I didn’t want to cause a mass panic…hehe
