My proposal is simply a setting in manage that will notify you when a bounty is added or completed. Perhaps through e-mail, but ingame message might be better.
If you go down to the woods today, you better not go alone
It's a lovely day in the woods today, but safer to stay at home
BECAUSE EVIL FREEN IS KILLING ALL THE TEDDY BEARS AT THEIR PICNIC

To the best of my knowledge, bounties that 1. you commissioned for and were completed 2. you completed, or 3. were set/completed on you show up in News section. Or did I misunderstand your question?

My suggestion is that you can be notified when someone else sets a bounty on someone who is not you. Kind of like "Suscribe to Topic" on a forum.

Right ho. I had an idea you might mean that, but wasn't sure because you said Manage. I guess a table of subscription mappings would do the trick like in player->bounty.
