Clan Members Losing Their Position

I believe this is the second time that I've had to reassign my officer positions because they somehow automatically lose their rank. Is this happening to anyone else?

Really? Have they left the clan at any point? Has anyone else left the clan?

It's happened to me twice on the WoA server... I got killed off, but I haven't left the clan at all. (Is part of Nohc's Clan)
