I must add one of those to the game one of these days. It's very handy. Plus people are more likely to vent their feelings there and not let them spill onto the forums. In addition, it might encourage more people to actually talk, not just play.

Intregrate the forum and game chatbox. It would become like a cross-site IM platform. Or something like that...

Isn't that what the forum is for, discussions of things in-game? At least, that's what the server forums are for.

doesnt the game already have a chat area? I thought beatles told me he'd fixxed it..
just noone really uses it

prehaps a small verson, about the size of the forum's chatbox, put on the main page..
then maybe an option to just chat with your clan (if applicable).. I forget if the chatbox just refreshes itself or the whole page.. might be a bit heavy if it has to reload the page, but more workable if just itself..
if the chatbox is where people will see it they may use it, if its tucked away noone is going to bother with it (as it is now, or atleast was before)
