Two things, one, land is worth far to much NW. Two, troops seem to be worth NEGATIVE NW. Your proposal was good, but there are serious problems.

Yes, I bought some and my NW went DOWN. That could just be because I used money though, so I pulled some off the market, and it went DOWN again. It should not do that.
