Reforms Implemented So Far

I hope to amend this as more valuable discussion emerges, but for now, the following changes have been applied to BFR:

1. Land is now worth 1000 again, unbuilt land is only 500 however.
2. Troop networth is back to the original value, four times what it was under the changes.
3. Food buy/sell is now set at 20/5, but this is not a final decision, just to ameliorate the situation.
4. Bank savings have been upped to 10x their old value, which seemed something of an average of the posts in this topic... Loan remained fixed.

We can continue discussion of course, and to implement reforms where necessary.
