Preparing the troops???

turok is right! go to hawks, then click on "prepare troops" once that is done....and be sure you do it only once!...then you can attack whomever you please.
its not too tricky, if your empire is in the northlands, then you can attack any and all in the northlands without preparing troops. but! if your in the northlands and you wish to attack someone in mossflower, then you have to prepare troops...you dig??
same land = no prepare troops....different land = prepare troops....

It was said to lie at the bottom of the sea for a long time and then it would rest at the surface....Like the Midgard serpent in the Norse myths, the Kraken was supposed to rise to the surface at the end of the world.
