Ok, an incredably stupid idea, but it may have its use in some specal conditions.

Daily voteing on turn rate. If a majority votes to increce turnrate, it would automaticly go up by a small increment. If a majority votes to decrece, it would go down by another increment. Obviously it could only be used for specal rounds, and some limits would have to be emposed to prevent "excessive consumption of server reasources".

I'm gonna say a resounding no to this one - sorry nev. Creative, but way too funky for me. Maybe for a duels sometime. ;)
