At this point, I fear that too much will be lost in the beginning. Neo, I hope that you can make sure everyone knows we are not looking for kills here...Nobody wants to die. This is more of a war of necessity than one of hatred and evilness.

I also dont want you to think i'm being cocky... I'm only just barely playing; an observer to the current situatoin as it were.

It also wouldnt help for both of you to look witin your own ranks for potential enemies... some of the most keen leaders in history have come from behind someone who was seemingly in command of the situation... 
You need to weed out your armies before you go preparing for a war...
Nobody fears a weak leader, and ones weakness is directly determined by their ability to lead, not by their ability to hold themselves in battle...

We desire peace. However, if imperialism insists on hghting a war, we will have no alternative but to take the hrm resolution to hght to the hnish before going ahead with our construction. If you are afraid of war day in day out, what will you do if war eventually comes? First I said that the East Wind is prevailing over the West Wind and war will not break out, and now I have added these explanations about the situation in case war should break out. I don't want to see someone who has played for a while, suddenly just get wiped out by some over-aggresive barbarian rabble. I will fight in a civilized manner, until I can't continue to do such. I would hope that all parties involed would do such.

You know my nature, you know that my interest in these games goes beyond the numbers on the page...
I look at everything from an outside perspective... observe strengths, weaknesses... facades, and master plans... it pleases me ot see an active political arena, and I will go out of my way to encourage real life espionage as a means of warfare if I feel the depth of the game is such that it loses my interest.

I do not want to be an active player int he war for a change... I havent had a completely peaceful account since I started Promis sometime in '04... always the scheming... I just want a break to learn how to play the game.
